WOW!!! Let's say it was a blast!!! Even before arrival the communication with Jeff was one of a kind. Within seconds I received the requested information and they were always available for any upcoming problems, questions or just checking on our well-being. Needless to say we are highly recommending Cheerful Rentals!!! The property Kingfisher Cay was an amazing sanctuary for this years trip to our own personal paradise AMI. We enjoyed everything from the pool area to the spacious living room and comfortable beds. Thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home. It was spotless and not even missed a thing!!! THANKS A MILLION AGAIN, Jeff. Next time will finally meet in person! ;)

Our family trip started before we actually arrived when we first spoke with Jeff Holbrook. From the first day we spoke through the last day of our stay he continued to exceed expectations. Cheerful Rentals was solid as a rock as advertised (they are GREAT). Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home. Wonderfully kept, sparkling clean, organized, and functional with a designer look to everything. No detail was forgotten. Our family was equally respectful and treated this home as if it were our own (I wish). We will be back and hope to try other properties managed by Jeff and Shandra Holbrook at Cheerful Rentals.
