The condo was spacious and fairly well stocked in comparison to others I’ve rented in the last 27 years. The grounds are lovely and the pool and spas are well maintained. Of course, Jeff and Shandra Holbrook were the very best! A great location!

Superb Winter Stay!

My husband and I rented with Cheerful Rentals through the Winter months 2024/25 and had the best stay! Both Jeff and Shandra were available for every need with every request responded to immediately. The location and condo we rented were superb. We received great information about the area and things to do, which are in abundance. If you are looking to "re-set" your wellness, we highly recommend Cheerful Rentals. Great condo and location

We really enjoyed are stay Mahi Manor. The condo is spacious and the furniture comfortable. It has a great porch with a view of the boat docks with Manatee swimming right by the docks. It is a short 2 mile drive to the beach and great shopping. Loved it!
