WONDERFUL TRIP!

We had a wonderful trip as a family visiting Anna Maria Island. The Cheerful Pelican was the perfect location - right across from the beach and a quick walk to Bridge street. 100% recommend!

Pre-Memorial Day Vacation Positive: The host is very responsive to our request and queries. When we arrived, we were surprised that most of the basic home necessities were provided. It's such a sweet gesture. The kitchen is fully functional. The bed was comfortable, and we slept like a baby every night. The location is awesome and reasonably priced! We enjoyed the screened lanai and the fantastic view. Easy beach access, walkable to shops and restaurants. The trolley stop is right across the street if you need to enjoy a free ride. I highly recommend this place. Negative: None
