Breathe Inn - Entire Duplex

We recently spent a wonderful week at Breathe Inn, and out of our three visits to Anna Maria Island, this was by far our favorite location. Traveling with a large group of 11, we found the home’s layout to be absolutely ideal, perfectly accommodating both adults and children with plenty of space for everyone. The location truly can’t be beat. Just a short two-block walk to the beach, and one block to the bay, it’s ideal for both beach lovers and those who enjoy fishing. One of the standout features of the property was the impressive selection of amenities, including an abundance of pool toys, beach gear, a heavy-duty wagon, and multiple coolers, all of which made our outings incredibly convenient. We chose to prepare all of our meals at the house, and the spacious upstairs dining area comfortably seated our entire group, making it a great gathering spot. Most importantly, our family created so many special memories during this stay. Jeff and Shandra were exceptional hosts: friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return again.

House is very well decorated. Pool was great. Upstairs is very spacious, wish the main floor was bigger & more open. Property manager great to work with! Had a great time. We were there with our 2 grandkids, 2 adult children & spouses.

Our group had ample space in this duplex. The pool and yard area were spacious. We had a short, easy walk to the beach. The golf carts were a nice bonus! The advertised pictures were perfect representations of Breathe Inn. Jeff was very pleasant and readily available to answer questions or concerns. The amenities were numerous and available for all 10 of us , including beach chairs, bath and beach towels, pool toys and bean bag toss.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Breathe Inn! We had such a great stay at Breathe Inn with Jeff and Shandra from Cheerful Vacation Home Rentals. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The house was super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The private saltwater pool was a huge highlight and perfect for relaxing. We also loved having the 6-passenger golf cart — it made getting around easy and fun. The location couldn’t be better. The beach is just one block away, the bay is one block the other direction, and there’s a park only two blocks away with pickleball courts, which we used a lot. Everything was close and convenient without feeling crowded. Jeff and Shandra were great hosts — very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Everything from booking to check-out was smooth and stress-free. Overall, Breathe Inn was an awesome place to stay, and we’d absolutely come back. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun beach getaway! David an Abby

Our entire family stayed ay Breathe Inn. It was so relaxing with a great pool and room for all of us to play cards and grill out. The location was perfect and two golf carts to travel throughout the island. Jeff was a gracious host and very accommodating. Hope we can return next year.
